Manual Servicing Lines

It is advisable to use manual servicing lines to try out the technology, to treat small batches of goods and for experimental purposes. A line can include a power source «Corund» or «Boy».
The line consists of:
- A power source to carry out the process of microarc oxidation;
- A work bath (an oxidation bath) with a system of keeping up temperature and mixing electrolyte. The bath material is stainless steel, polypropylene, and fluoroplastic;
- A bath for washing with running water;
- A system of fastening components. A suspension support is designed for a particular component;
- If necessary, the line includes a distiller, temperature sensors, flowmeters, filters for purifying electrolyte, etc.
