Semiautomatic Lines

<< The list of equipment for producing coatings

Semiautomatic lines are used with a large-scale production program, or when treating large-size and massive components. The lines are supplied with the power sources BOY-2.

A required area for a MAO line is from 500 m2, if there is return water, ventilation and power supply. No sewage works are needed. Production program of up to 5000 m2 per year, in one shift, 245 working days a year. A more intensive program is possible. Electric energy consumption for 3 power units – 80 kW/hour. One-off load – 3x0,5m2. Coating application rate 1mkm/min. Coating composition: aluminum oxides and other oxides with high thermal conductivity coefficient. Material of parts – valve metals and alloys.

The line includes:

  • A power source to carry out the microarc oxidation process;
  • A metalwork for baths and an automatic operator;
  • An automatic operator for moving suspension supports with parts to technological positions;
  • Baths for preparing surfaces, producing coatings and washing;
  • An auxiliary bath for preparing electrolyte and distilled water;
  • Auxiliary equipment: a distiller, a compressor, some pumps and filters;
  • A system of fastening parts of an individual design;
  • If necessary, the line is supplied with additional systems of automation and automatic control of the technological process.
