MAO coatings for devices of infrared heating

MAO technology has been used for treating the plates of the devices of infrared heating in the «Teplofon» company, Krasnoyarsk since 2007. The purpose of the coating is to create a thermal barrier on the surface of the aluminium plate being heated, in order to increase the amount of heat transfer by radiant energy. Besides, the white dull MAO surface has an attractive appearance and is corrosion resistant, when the devices are used under conditions of industrial production.

The coating thickness is 30-35 μm
- Dimensions of parts, mm: 140×600, 140×900, 140×1,200
- The material is an aluminium alloy AD 31
- The monthly treatment program is 2,000-3,000 parts
