 MAO technology allows one to control the thickness of the coating being produced and carry out repeated treatment of a surface, which in a number of cases, made it possible to reconstruct the dimensions of precision parts. It is also possible to rebuild the surface of a worn-out part removing the old anode or other coating. In this way, our specialists rebuilt the worn-out components of the unit of the bottling line SSB-40 made by «Magplastic» (Stwitzeland). Due to the application of the MAO coating to the worn-out aluminium parts previously cleaned from the old anode coating (guides, carriers, sockets, etc.), the service life of the expensive facility was prolonged.
If a part is badly worn-out, one can surface an aluminium layer followed by MAO treatment.
